THIS SOFTWARE PROGRAMME ("SOFTWARE") IS A PROPRIETARY PRODUCT OF REVCAD LTD ("THE DEVELOPER") AND IS PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT AND OTHER LAWS.

The demonstration version of the Software has limited functionality and is distributed and licensed as SHAREWARE for evaluation only. The FULL VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE MUST NOT BE DISTRIBUTED and must be HELD AND INSTALLED BY LICENSED USERS ONLY. Unauthorized users render themselves LIABLE as defined in the LIABILTY SECTION of this agreement (IMPORTANT - See Section 4 Below).
1. SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU ("THE LICENSEE") AND REVCAD LTD GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. PROCEEDING TO THE NEXT STAGE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT YOU MUST REMOVE ALL INSTALLATIONS OF THE SOFTWARE, YOU MUST NOT DISTRIBUTE THE SOFTWARE, AND YOU MUST DELETE ALL COPIES OF THE INSTALLATION FILES FROM YOU COMPUTER SYSTEMS.

Under the shareware agreement you are licensed to use the demonstration version of the Software for EVALUATION and NON-PROFIT making purposes only, and for a limited EVALUATION PERIOD of 30 days. You can freely copy and distribute the complete and original demonstration package at no cost to you. YOU MUST NOT alter the executable files in any way and YOU MUST NOT re-package the Software or charge any fee, other than a nominal distribution cost, except by the express written consent of REVCAD LTD.

To obtain and use the full version of the Software for any COMMERCIAL, EDUCATIONAL or PROFIT MAKING purpose, or to use the demonstration software beyond the EVALUATION PERIOD of 30 days, YOU MUST REGISTER the program by PURCHASING an authorization key code from REVCAD LTD. The provision of the authorization code by REVCAD LTD and payment of the license fee grants you ('THE LICENSEE') to a non-exclusive license permitting unlimited use of the full version of the Software on a single installation (see next paragraph), for PERSONAL, COMMERCIAL, PROFIT MAKING and EDUCATIONAL purposes.

Licenses granted to commercial or educational institutions limit the use of the Software to a SINGLE SITE. COMMERCIAL and PROFIT MAKING institutions MUST purchase a license FOR EACH SOFTWARE INSTALLATION or obtain a multiple user SITE LICENSE from REVCADLTD to authorize unlimited use of the software at specified site. The purchase of a site license for a single site authorizes unlimited installations of the Software at that site, or at multiple sites if specifically authorized byREVCAD LTD. EDUCATIONAL institutions require an EDUCATIONAL SITE LICENSE to include use of the software in educational and training programmes and MUST notify REVCAD LTD of the use of the software for education at the registered site.
2. COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP AND CONFIDENTIALITY

(a) The Software contains confidential information of REVCAD LTD and all copyright trademarks design rights (registered or unregistered) and other intellectual property rights in the Software are the exclusive property of REVCAD LTD.

(b) The Licensee shall not:

(i) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the Software.

(ii) rent lease sub-license assign or transfer the Software or any part of it

(c) The Licensee shall keep the Software for its sole use or the use by those of its employees who are properly engaged in the use of the Software and allow REVCAD LTD unlimited use and access without payment to any modification or programmes created using the Software.
3. WARRANTY

(a) REVCAD LTD warrants that it has the rights and title to and owns the property in the Software

(b) Save as aforesaid REVCAD LTD gives no warranties and makes no representations whatsoever that the Software will be suitable for any particular purpose or for use under any particular conditions notwithstanding that such purpose or condition may be known or have been made known to REVCAD LTD or that the operation of the Software will not be interrupted or will be error free

(c) REVCAD LTD accepts no responsibility for any mathematical or technical limitation of the Software it being the Licensees responsibility to check and verify all information produced by the Software in whatever form.

(d) REVCAD LTD shall not in any circumstances be liable for any special collateral incidental or consequential loss or damage in connection with or arising out of the use of the Software

(e) Any liability of REVCAD LTD to the Licensee in respect of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be limited to damages only of an amount not exceeding the total purchase price of the Software paid by the Licensee

(f) Subject to the foregoing all conditions, warranties, terms and undertakings expressed or implied statutory or otherwise in respect of the Software are hereby excluded.
4. LIABILITY - [IMPORTANT]

UNAUTHORIZED USE of the FULL VERSION of the software SHALL RENDER THE USER LIABLE FOR ALL COMMERCIAL PROFITS DERIVED FROM THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE SOFTWARE and for the FULL COST of the software. UNAUTHORISED use of the DEMONSTRATION version of the software SHALL RENDER USERS LIABLE FOR THE FULL COST OF THE SOFTWARE. Unauthorized ALTERATION or
REPACKAGING of any version of the software or ANY PART OF THE PACKAGE distributed by REVCAD LTD shall RENDER THE OFFENDERS LIABLE IN FULL FOR ALL LOSS OF REVENUES caused to RevCAD LTD.
5. TERMINATION

(a) This Agreement shall be terminated forthwith by REVCAD LTD if theLicensee commits any material breach of the terms of this Agreement

(b) If the Licensee is in breach of this Agreement immediately following the termination of this Agreement the Licensee shall remove all installations of the Software and delete all copies of the Software and the Programme Documentation in its possession

(c) These terms and all questions of construction validity and performance shall be governed by English law and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
6. DISCLAIMER

REVCAD LTD accept no liability for any costs or losses whether direct or indirect, incurred from the use of any programs, data, documentation or systems supplied by them. They accept no responsibility for the application of their systems to any manufacturing process or any other commercial or non-commercial application or process.

Although REVCAD LTD have made every effort to establish and prove the reliablity of the Software in a commercial environment, it is the responsibility of the user to ensure the suitability of the systems to any process to which they apply it by performing suitable trials and tests to establish the applicability of the systems.
